How we handle your data
This page describes what we access, what we do with it, and who ends up with it. If anything here is unclear or doesn’t fit your situation, email us before you share anything.
What we access
Only the sources you approve, and only after the agreement is signed. You can leave out any system, folder or record type.
Access is read-only, so we can’t change or delete anything in your systems. It is revoked when the project ends.
How it’s processed
Passwords, keys and other credentials are removed before data leaves processing. Personal and customer information is handled as agreed with each owner, in line with the law that applies to the data.
Every dataset goes through multiple automated detection passes and a human review before release, and nothing ships until it passes. Anything you’d rather keep out entirely, mark off-limits and we leave it out of scope.
Storage and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We keep the original datasets only as long as processing takes, then delete them. How long we keep the processed data is written into your agreement.
Who receives it
Processed data is licensed to AI labs and research teams to train models. It is not published, and it is not sold to your competitors.
The agreement
Scope, data use, retention and payment are set out in writing. You sign it before we get any access.
What we need from you
Only share data your company has the right to share. Some customer and vendor contracts restrict how data can be used, so check them, or ask us and we’ll go through it with you.
